Out at Tesco's getting things that I needed for a curry my OH was going to make us for our dinner that evening, I spotted 2 of these sitting in the reduced section of the fridges. Usually priced at £2.50 they had been reduced to £1.88 because of the date. Something that really doesn't bother … Continue reading Wicked Kitchen – Curried Cauli, Onion Bhaji and Coconut Rice
It's not the best image but coming off the menu for this week we had some vegan mince that needed to be used up so my OH had decided to make burgers. The meat didn't bind the way he wanted though so we decided to make it into tacos using a taco kit that had … Continue reading Friday Photo – 19/10/2018
This is really not the best picture... but it's the best I could get before devouring what you see for my lunch. All I can say is my man can cook! Nom Nom Nom. Made with Iceland's No Chick Strips from their new vegan range and what can I say it was bloody lovely! In … Continue reading Friday Photo – 05/10/2018
Haven't done one of these in a while as we haven't really had anything different from what we usually have but tonight my OH was in the mood from something different. This is the result. The sausage rolls are from what was left over from Tom's dinner that he didn't want. We always end up … Continue reading Iceland No Bull Chilli & Rice with Bombay potatoes

Not having any in the house, I thought I would get out the soup maker. A piece of kitchen equipment which hasn't been used in so long. … Continue reading Soup Of The Day
What with the weather taking a turn for the worse recently I thought it would be a good idea to get it out and clean of the dust that has gathered on it. My first meal had to be lasagne. It's been so long since I made one in the slow cooker. Much to the … Continue reading My Vegan Lasange
One of the best pies I have tasted. It tastes just like a mince onion pie and goes really well with chips or with the Bombay potatoes that my OH made earlier in the day. He's currently in the process of writing a post about it on his blog http://www.thevegancyclist.net. Anyway friends, thanks for reading, … Continue reading Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Country Pie
It doesn't look the most appetising meal in the world and I forgot to get the vegan cheddar for the top but it was very tasty. Plus my OH's daughter came back for seconds which never usually never happens when I cook. So very happy with that!
A bit random but soooooooo nice.
