I mentioned in my last post that I was thinking about starting a new weekly post about what I’ve been up to the week previous. I’ve been thinking it over and I think I’m going to start up the ‘Project 365’ post again. It’s one of my previous posts that I actually liked doing. It allowed me to document things that had happened that I wouldn’t have though matter to me but looking over some of the images I too; ,they bring back some good memories which I think is needed at this time.
So being the start of a new week I thought this was a good idea to do my first Project 365 post of the year. The pictures this week are a little messed up because I’m not actually sure on which day they were taken. Hopefully you’re not too upset by this and won’t criticize me too much for it.
Anyway folks, here are my 7 images for 7 days… happy snapping.
Day 118 – Monday – I randomly turned around from the laptop to find this wee fella just sitting on the wall beside my fish tank. We managed to get a good image of it on the DSLR and the colours on him are amazing. We’re pretty sure that it was a damselfly, although it could be a dragonfly.
Day 119 – Tuesday – This is what I’ve been doing with the majority of my time while in lock-down… well apart from working and pulling my hair out with all or lack of homeschooling being done. I find it so therapeutic and calming.
Day 120 – Wednesday – Such a simple lunch but oh so tasty…. a crisp sandwich with Tayto cheese and onion (and it has to be this) and a banana! For those of you’s that aren’t from N.Ireland or Ireland and haven’t been able to try out any of the Tayto flavours you are really missing out. I don’t know why they aren’t available the world over.
Day 121 – Thursday – I came home from a Pokemon hunt with Tom to find that my OH given him a nasty scrape on the back of the neck with a clamp he was using. This is the result. He’s now left with a 4/5 inch scar… which I think he’s quite proud of. I still think he should have headed to A&E for a tetanus boaster.
Day 122 – Friday – Do you ever regret starting something. This week I thought it would be a good idea to rearrange my fish tank. Well no the idea was to take out all the plants just to see how many fish I had in the tank as the number of fry being seen was getting too many to count. So, I thought by removing the plants it would give them less places to hide and then there might be no more wee surprises.
Day 123 – Saturday – I couldn’t believe the colour of the sky one morning when I got up to head to work. I just had to take a photo of it. The image I have doesn’t do it justice at all… it was amazing.
Day 124 – Sunday – It’s not very often that Gin…one of our cats gets fuzzed by the heat but today she did. We were sitting in the living-room and she just waltzed in and plopped herself onto the floor. It’s not something that she does very often so I obviously had to document it haha
