Here we go again folks; yet another food post where I forgot to actually take any images of my food… well except for one. That one will be a little review post coming later on in the week. SO, yea sorry about that! I’ve made a decision though and I think I will change this post back to the way I had it before. I’m going to start planning what we’re having for dinners.
The reason being is that I’ve moved from weekly pay to 4 weekly so it means I have to be a little more careful when it comes to spending money as I wont have a steady wage coming in every week. I think it will be better for us in the long run because then if we know whats coming up and its been set in stone then there will be no arguments about it… well that’s the plan. We’ll just have to wait and see if it pans out like that.
If we have anything I think it particularly nice looking/tasting then I may take a wee snap shot and make it a longer post… much like this one.
Anyway folks, here’s what I had for dinner this week…
Marks & Spencers Sweet Chilli Tofu Stir Fry and some Golden Veg Rice.
Not going to say much about this as I have a review post on it’s way later on in the week. Although I will say this… it was absolutely gorgeous.
This Week’s Menu
Monday – Pizza with Onion Rings and Garlic Bread
Tuesday – Pasta in a Spicy Tomato Sauce
Wednesday – Curry
Thursday – Sausage Rolls and Beans
Friday – Jackfruit Casserole done in the slow cooker.
Saturday – Burger and Chips
Sunday – Baked Potato and Beans/Coleslaw.
