Well this week I have been so much better at taking my images. Although, even one image this week would have been better than last week. lol. Food this week was a little up and down because Tom was only back at school for three days and then off again, so our routine is still a little up in the air. I’m hoping that come Tuesday when he’s back properly (until the summer holidays at least) that our meal times will also get back into some sort of a routine.
Anyway folks… here’s what I had for dinner this week…
Pasta and Garlic Bread
I’m so bad at deciding what to make for dinner anything I think about making I usually end up not in the mood for which is the reason why I let my OH take the reigns when it comes to dinner during the week. Tonight however he was knackered from a cycle that he went out on and wanted to doze on the sofa so me being the kind hearted soul that I am, I let him. It meant that I would have the make the dinner though…. this was the only thing I could think that would be easy enough and tasty at the same time.
A Tescos Vegetable Burger with some Salad and Some Lidl’s Garlic Pizza Bread
Again something we haven’t had in ages, and yes people if you haven’t guessed already we love love love garlic bread in this house. If I had my way we would have it with every meal.
Tesco’s BBQ Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger with BBQ Cauliflower Bites
I spotted these when I was in Tesco’s with my Mum at the beginning of the week and thought they would make a nice change. They’re a new range brought out in Tesco’s for the summer. Not the nicest tasting beetroot burger I’ve had so I won’t be rushing back to buy them again. The cauliflower bites were absolutely delicious though. I could have eaten the whole packet to myself.
