Dinner this week was very hit and miss. We found ourselves in a sort of ind most nights, not knowing what to put on or just not being hungry enough to eat. I think we had a pot noodle a couple of nights just to fill a hole. This weeks food should be a little better… hopefully.
So yea… here’s what I had for dinner this week…
The first curry we have had in absolutely ages. It was nice to have one with a little less heat so that cold just sit back and taste it. Although I think I did miss the heat a little.
Linda McCartney Burger, Plant Kitchen Quinoa and Baby Potatoes
Pop into Marks and Spencer’s on the way home from work and found their quinoa reduced to clear because the date. My OH and I had a bag each of it which I think may have been a little too much but hey… was so nice.
Microwave Rice, Sharwoods Chinese Curry Sauce and some microwave Veg
My own wee concoction. OH wasn’t hungry and I was dying for something which would resemble a Chinese. This is what i came up with. Tasted nothing like a Chinese but it was still nice.
