W/c – 11/03/2019

The food that I had this week was weird. My OH has been busy trying to sort out Tom’s new bed and pretty much his whole room so I decided that I would sort out dinner for the week. I pretty much just threw things into the oven. I’m hoping this week that the OH will do a couple of them so that we’re at least getting something nutritious into our bodies and not just beige, beige and more beige.

So peeps, here are some the meals I had for dinner this week…

A Big Bowl of Pasta with Onion and Garlic Sauce.

Something that I have not had in a while but absolutely love. I think that’s why I like it so much. It’s just so simple and easy to make. Plus it fills me up for ages which means I’m not running looking for something else to ear half an hour after finishing it like most meals.

A Linda McCartney Burger Sandwich with a big dollop of M&S vegan coleslaw.

The OH was absolutely knackered because he had a rough nights sleep the previous night so I was on my own. Usually when I’m on my own I have a pot noodle or something but we didn’t have any in the house. So, this is what I had instead. And you know something? It was bloody lovely.

Wicked Kitchen Curried Cauli, Onion Bhaji and Coconut Rice.

It’s not the nicest looking thing in the world but its definitely one of the nicest tasting things and when it’s ever in the reduced section in Tesco’s you’re sure that we’ll be having it for dinner that night.

Read about this in an Instagram post by the Vegan Womble so when I seen in Tesco’s I just had to get one. I was so excited to try it that I completely forgot to take and image of it. I’m thinking that there may be a new review post in the works in the coming weeks for it so watch this space.
