Project365 Wk 5 – 29th Jan – 4th Feb

It actually snowed this week… for the first time in ages, it snowed good and proper. One minute I looked out and it was clear… the next, the ground was covered in the white stuff. I’m the sort of person that gets really excited about when it snows. I think I mentioned in previous posts that it makes me feel like a kid again. I do hate it though when it gets all compact and icy. Tom seems to love watching me trying to walk on it though, and living at the top of a semi-steep hill he was in stitches when I was taking him to school in it.

Anyway folks, here are my 7 images for 7 days… Happy snapping!

29/365 – 29th January – We heard a large clatter of things falling coming from Amy’s room. On closer inspection, we realised that one of the cats was doing what cats do best… exploring! She had jumped down behind the shelving unit and taken a load of things down with her.

30/365 – 30th January – I got sent this image of one of the cats while I was at work. It had started to snow pretty heavy and my OH decided to let the cats have their first experience with it. Apparently, they weren’t happy.

31/365 – 31st January – It’s not often I get to treat myself but I saw these in our local Tescos and I thought why not… they were reduced to £6, so it wasn’t too hard on the purse strings. I’m forever wanting to take off my shoes in the house but j hate walking about with nothing on my feet, for fear of treading on Lego or something else. These were just what I needed.

32/365 – 1st February – OH went to bed early and Tom was on the laptop, so a small glass of vino and some Jane the Virgin.

33/365 – 2nd February – OH was away helping a friend out so was just me and my main man. Spent the day watching movies and playing Fortnite. This was him totally engrossed in ‘Babe’.

34/365 – 3rd February – Had a few things to get from Tescos so instead of jumping in the car I decided to walk over. Took a wee detour down by the river to see these beauties. Sleeping soundly until some dog started barking and scared them off.

35/365 – 4th February – Another wee dander tonight. Our town’s not a bad wee one… it’s especially nice when it’s not lashing down which 9 out of 10 times it usually is. Tonight though, I got lucky.

Anyway, friends, thanks for reading, hope you liked what you read and if you did please make sure to like, share, comment and if you have any suggestions please don’t hesitate to gimme a shout!  J xx
