#Project365 – Wk 2 Jan 8th – Jan 14th

This week has gone by in such a flash. Tom is now back at school and we have finally got into a proper routine again and I couldn’t be happier. Tom is getting to bed at a more reasonable hour and me and my OH have actually been able to spend some time together. And I’m glad to say that he has been getting back out on his bike again. Something he hasn’t done in a long time. Hopefully, he’ll keep it up.

Here are my images for this week… happy snapping people.

8th January – I walked into the sitting room this morning to find that Tom had a baseball cap and headset on to my OH’s Terminator’s head. It scared the life out of me especially with it being 5 in the morning.

9th January – There is not a day that goes by when I’m in work that I don’t hurt myself. This was today’s injury. I jammed my hand in between a wall and trolley. It was kind of sore.

10th January – New shoes. It’s not very often that I get to treat myself but I was given vouchers for Christmas from my mum and I thought that I would go for it. I usually end up buying trainers that don’t last as long as they should and I’m hoping that these will last me a little longer given the price.

11th January – So, recently I’ve been trying my hand at Fortnite. I always said that I wouldn’t get into it but Tom has been badgering me for a while to have a go so I thought that I would. I may not be that good at the minute but time will tell.

12th January – Saturday night means munchie night. We still have so many sweets in the house. Usually, they would all be gone by now but because my OH is vegan he can’t have any of them and I’m trying to cut back on the amount that I’m eating. Not that it’s really happening.

13th January – Tonight I tried something that I didn’t think I would ever try. I got this from our local Sainsburys and thought that it could be something me and my OH would have together. Completely forgetting that he doesn’t really like bolognese… this, however, didn’t even look like the mince you would get in a bolognese. And it certainly didn’t taste like it.

14th January – It’s that time of year again. The seasonal aisle is changing. All the old Christmas sale items have to be taken off and either packed away for next year, disposed of, or given to a charity. Hopefully, this lot will be the latter and not dumped! It would be such a shame to see all this good stuff thrown out.

Anyway, friends, thanks for reading, hope you liked what you read and if you did please make sure to like, share, comment and if you have any suggestions please don’t hesitate to gimme a shout!  J xxx
