This week has been weird for food. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been having big lunches but haven’t been that hungry when it comes to dinner time. So, its been around 8 or 9 when we’ve been eating dinner unlike the normal time of between 6 and 7. Doing this though I’ve found we are snacking less, especially at night.
Anywho peeps, these are some of the things I had for dinner this week…
Wicked Kitchen Curry
Cauliflower and chickpeas marinated in madasala with onion bhaji and coconut rice… Not the prettiest of things to look at but it sure was very tastey.
Had a wee trip to the local Holland and Barrett and nabbed these burgers for dinner. A frys meat free chicken style and frys meat free traditional one. The traditional burgers were a little mushy for my liking and I couldn’t finish it but would definitely give it another try.
Tofu scrambled egg, Linda McCartney Sausages, A Frys Meat free burger, toast, potato bread and crumpet… fell asleep soon after finishing it.
