A little bit of a shakeup with my meal posts from this week. I realised that I was posting the same meals over and over again so I thought would only post meals that were…
A) something out of the norm that I’ve never had before
B) something that I haven’t had in like forever
C) something which was out of this world, totalling amazing and that I think you should be trying!
I’m hoping with doing it this way that it won’t feel as repetitive as it was beginning to feel.
Well folks, this is what was for dinner last week…
Chilli NON-Carnie and Garlic Bread
Tuesday night’s dinner was something we hadn’t had in a long time. Chilli non-carnie. Made from scratch by my OH. In fact I think the last time we had it was before my OH turned veggie again.
Vegetable Burger and Salad.
A Tescos vegetable burger with some ham salad which my OH’s brother left in for me. First time I’ve had any form of ham in AGES. Its not a thing that we would have in the house. There was also a little splatter of coleslaw.
Jalfrezi Curry and Rice.
And my all time favourite meal… curry. Tonight’s was a jalfrezi with quorn vegan pieces. Not really a fan of the Quorn pieces, I prefer Tesco own brand but it was the only thing we had in.
