W/c – 26/11/2018

I thought with being off work this week I would get my meals sorted. Have them at the right times and have somewhat decent or healthy ones. Well, I fell at the first hurdle and ended up having cereal on Monday evening. The rest of the week wasn’t too bad, although I am especially happy with Wednesday. 

Next weeks food should be interesting. I start my night shifts at work for 3 weeks in the run-up to Christmas. So, things will definitely be a little out of sorts. I’m going to try and work it so that when I wake before work I have cereal, then on my first break, lunch and finally dinner on my second. Here’s hoping I can stick to this plan. 

Anyway peeps, here’s what I had for dinner this week…

Monday – 26/11/2018

With being off work my eating schedule was a little skewiff. I ended up having my lunch at around 3 whereas usually, I would be having it at around 10 or 11 in the morning because I get up so early for work. Because of this, I found that come dinner time I wasn’t hungry at all. Hence the bowl of cereal just before bed. I’m hoping that tomorrow will be a lot more sensible.

Tuesday – 27/11/2018

A filled baguette with Tesco’s spicy bean burger and hash browns. Along with some very scrumpy salad and a squeeze of vegan mayo.

Wednesday – 28/11/2018

My OH’s mum bought him a No Dough Pizza Co vegan Margherita pizza. We actually tried this out on Tom and he actually surprised us by scoffing the lot. Even with the cauliflower base. He even asked for more. 

We had our along with some garlic bread and chips. 

Thursday – 29/11/2018

Nice and simple tonight. Some pasta bake.

Friday – 30/11/2018

My favourite meal of all time. Curry. Didn’t have any rice had to make do with chips. 

Saturday – 01/12/2018

A Linda McCartney country pie, tescos garlic cubes and loads of veg! Was so nice I could have eaten it twice. 

Sunday – 02/12/2018

Not the healthiest of dinners or meals at that but it was all I could be bothered eating. Wasn’t hungry enough for something proper and a packet of crisps just wouldn’t suffice.
