Last weeks meal plan went better than I thought it would. I managed to stick to it for every night except one. On Tuesday night my OH’s brother made us both enchiladas. Even Tom ate everything that was sat down to him. Granted he didn’t have the exact same thing that my OH and I were having but he still ate everything.
Anyway here’s what for dinner this week…
- Monday- Burger and Chips
- Tuesday – Vegetable Stir Fry
- Wednesday – Linda McCartney Country Pie and McCains Spicy Wedges
- Thursday – Curry and Rice
- Friday – Pasta and Sauce
- Saturday – Vegan Sausage, Chips and Beans
- Sunday – Tesco meat free vegetable burger and Chips
I’m really hoping that this week goes as well as last week, but I have a funny feeling that there will be a lot of arguments between me and Tom.
