Last weeks meals didn’t quite go as planned. The vegetable stirfry was a no go… the pizza got a little burnt… and I’m not even going to mention anything about McDonald’s. I’m hoping that this week will go a LOT smoother than this week.
Anyway… this week’s meals are:
- Monday – I’m going out for a meal with the girls from work for my birthday… Tom and my OH will have to fend for themselves!
- Tuesday – Vegan Lasagne
- Wednesday – Pizza (hopefully I’ll remember about it and not burn it to a crisp)
- Thursday – Vegan Chili Con Carni
- Friday – Iceland Asian No Bull Burger
- Saturday – Vegan Masala (OH’s best curry that I have tasted by far!)
- Sunday – Takeaway (It’s my birthday so I get to choose where we go and I’m thinking at the minute I want the Chinese I’ve been caving for the last couple of weeks!)
